I am Assistant Professor of English at the University of Utah. I completed my PhD in English at Stanford University in 2020.

I write about modernism, video games, and the history of literary interpretation. I also cohost the podcast Authors Die Twice with Bryan Counter.

I grew up in Philadelphia and continue, against my better judgment, to root for the Sixers.
